Sadan Hazarika directed a drama "Gomdhar Kowar" From 1960 onwards Sadan Hazarika acted in some of the dramas telecasted by Guwahati Radio Station. Sadan Hazarika for the first time acted in Brajen Barua directed "Dr. Bejbarua". Some of the films where Sadan Hazarika acted are "Lachit Borphukan" , "Kasghar","Khoj","Saindoor","Bohagor Duparia","Pita-Putra","Prabhati Pokhir Gaan", "Man Mandir","Pratima","Ajala Kakai","Bhai-Bhani","Pani","Sapon","Gorokhiya" etc . Some of the serials where Sadan Hazarika acted are Lahar,Anek Phular Surabhi,MatalGhora,Kalratna, Sandyatara, Setu, Sahuai,Juai,Mejar Sahab etc.
