Kati Bihu or Kongaali Bihu of Assam

Kati Bihu is also known as
Kongaali Bihu of Assam
is the
Festival of the poor Assamese
and been celebrated in the month of October (Kartick month in Assamese Calendar), which confirms the completion of transplanting and sowing of paddies in Assam.
